Another good resource isn't a website, but a podcast - Using iTunes, search the podcasts for 'Design Tutorials: Flash'
One of my favorite sites for free tutorials is Creative Cow... they have a wide variety of tutorials across a large selection of software, including Flash.
Of course, most people know about Lynda.com... what you may not know is that there are quite a few of the basic tutorials available for free. They won't get you very far, but it's a nice start.

I like this sound design company's site, which uses what I believe are Flash elements.
